Dr. Chinmaya Kumar Dash is a seasoned academician with a strong background in Marketing and strategy. As Dean of Academics at BIITM, Dr. Dash spearheads initiatives to strengthen Academic excellence and rigor. He earned his PhD in Business Administration from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar (2004) with a focus on Marketing and Strategy, and his MBA from Berhampur University.
Before joining BIITM, Dr. Dash was a Professor and Dean at the School of Management, Centurion University, and has over 29 years of experience in academic leadership, research, and curriculum development. Throughout his career, he contributed his expertise to several reputable institutions, including Adamas University, North Odisha University, IMIS, ASBM, Asia Pacific Institute of Management, Amrapali, and IPSAR. Moreover, he supervised six PhD scholar who were awarded their PhD degree under his supervision.
Dr. Dash’s research focuses on Strategic Marketing, Retail Management, Integrated Marketing Communication, and Digital and Social Media Marketing. He published 30 research papers and Articles in different national and international prestigious journals of repute.
Dr. Dash's goal is to transform BIITM into a hub for innovation in Management education with a strong focus on sustainability and technology-driven management education.
