BIITM organized Vibrance 2024: The B-Fest on December 21, 2024. Around 150 Management students participated across the state of Odisha. The event began with an Inaugural Ceremony, lighting the lamp, and the BIITM anthem. Dean Academics Prof. Dr. Chinmaya Kumar Dash delivered the welcome address, Chief Guest Shri. Nihar Ranjan Nayak shared valuable insights on the importance of such type of program . Advisor Prof. (Er.) Pratap Rudra Pattanayak, give insight into the rediness for the corporate world. Activities included Spotlight Showcase, Quizonomics, Shark Tank 2.0, and Nach Le, culminating in a Valedictory Ceremony with Cash award of One Lakh and trophies.

BIITM hosted Grad Meet 2024 on December 20, welcoming 210 students from 30 institutions across the state of Odisha. Highlights included the BIITM anthem, dignitaries' speeches, contests like Essay Writing and Quiz, and vibrant cultural performances. Chief Guest Shri Rajib Sekhar Sahoo, Charted Accountant and Principal Partner, M/S SRB and Associates, Bhubaneswar grace the occasion and highlight on focusing selecting academic career and prospects of different programs. Guest of Honor Ms. Rupsina Rath, Cluster HR, Reliance Retail inspired participants and highlight on Corporate requirements for the freshers.

The Annual Fest JASHN 2024 at BIITM, held on 9th October 2024, was a memorable event filled with inspiring sessions and performances. The Guest of Honor, Dr. Sreelekha Mishra from IIM Bodh Gaya, encouraged students to use the "Magic Pause Button" to make better decisions. Padmashree Aruna Mohanty and Prof. (Dr.) Sushanta Kumar Mishra shared motivating lessons from mythology and life, inspiring everyone. The fest ended with a grand cultural show that highlighted the amazing talent and creativity of students, faculty, and staff.

MBA Induction & Orientation Program “SPARK-2024”, held on 2 September 2024, at KD Hall BIITM Campus was graced by Hon'ble Prof. (Dr.) Amiya Kumar Rath, Vice Chancellor of BPUT, as the chief guest.
