Dr. Lopamudra Mishra has PhD from Department of PMIR, Utkal University on “A Study on Organisational Culture in Life Insurance Corporation of India, Bhubaneswar and is UGC NET Qualified in Management.
She is a Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified Emotional Intelligence and Happiness Coach.
She has got more than 15 years of experience in management teaching, corporate training, consulting and research work.
Some of the organisations where she has done training and consulting include: NALCO, CTTC, Utkalika, Prasar Bharati and ESSPL.
She was also involved in Assessment Development Centre assignments.
She offers papers in the areas of Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and specialisation papers such as Training and Development, Performance Management System, Organisational Change etc.
Her areas of Research include: organisational culture, workplace spirituality, leadership, work life balance, entrepreneurship.
She has also made her contributions in the field of research through publication of papers in journals of national and international repute, book chapters and conference presentations.
