She holds a Ph.D. in Management from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar.
She is an MBA from IBS, Hyderabad with a specialization in Marketing.
She has 7 years of teaching experience and 3 years of corporate experience.
She has worked as an Officer (Marketing) in Oriental Bank of Commerce and has also qualified JAIIB (Junior Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers).
She has attended various international and national seminars held at prominent institutes and presented papers in the areas of marketing, sustainable production and digitalization.
She has published research papers in several journals of international and national repute.
She has conducted various training and soft skills development sessions at institutes such as KIIT University, Confidence Factory and Mindmasters.
Her areas of interest are Marketing, Retail, Strategy, Banking and Soft Skills Development.
