BIITM presents VIBRANCE 2024, a one day national mega event which provides a platform to students from all parts of the country to exhibit their managerial talent by participating in various state-of-the art competitions crafted to showcase their skills, share their thoughts, be a part of various activities, take part in various sort of competitions, and enjoy at the fullest and at the same time win a lot of prizes.
Through VIBRANCE 2024 we aim to encompass everything from creativity to innovation, planning to strategy, fun to learning through various management activities and competitions. It is a blend of wide spectrum of formal and informal events in which more then 2000 students from around 60+ colleges of Odisha and other states will be participating in its various competitions. This year we have incorporated an array of intellectual and fun competitions which will enable the students to exhibit their skills and win exciting prizes. The aim is to encourage talent from different colleges and provide a platform to promote healthy competition among the future managers of our country.

Where Finance Meets Fun: Game On.
Bring out the creativity inside you and make an outstanding advertisement of your own. Be it hilarious or sensitive, be it just your creativity and ad sense. Its objective is to acquaint the students about promotional strategies in marketing through advertisements. It comprises of Humorous/Social/Conceptual ad presentation by the students. Students will create print ads and also act out on various advertisement script and ideas relevant for different sector products, services and social awareness etc. All the teams will be given a time frame to showcase their talent. This is a team event consisting of four participants in each group.
Phase 1:
Teams will have to submit a synopsis of their play. The synopsis should be precise, well-written, as it will be a deciding factor in a team’s entry to phase 2. The team has to send the synopsis of their street play at ipsita@biitm.ac.in by 2nd March 2023.
Phase 2(On-Campus Round):
Teams have to report at BIITM on scheduled timeto present their play during B-Fest dated on 4th of March 2023.

The BIITM Shark Tank-style contest is part of BIITM’s approach to experiential learning and providing students with a competitive edge to advance their careers. The competition puts students’ entrepreneurial skills to the test while also giving them the opportunity to win prizes.
Students will form team of 3 persons maximum and develop their innovative idea which is practicable and can be commercialized to generate income. They then will have 15 minutes to pitch their product to "Sharks" (Judges). Ideas will be judged on the following criteria:
