She has completed MBA and Ph. D from Utkal University.
She has a teaching experience that spans nearly 15 years. She keeps updating herself with the latest knowledge in her discipline and likes to interact with the students on contemporary issues and topics. Passionate about her work, she sets realistic goals and displays professionalism in her undertakings.
She received the Award for the Best Teacher for her outstanding contribution in her previous institution.
Her research interests are in Human Resource Management and behavioral science. Her work has been published in several national Journals.
Her areas of expertise are HRM and OB. Her placid and sagacious nature enables students to approach her wholeheartedly.
