Students participants have to give their best to conquer the chair of CEO through a three stage process; situational Analysis, Case analysis and face to face with corporate stalwarts on hot seat. This is an individual event. Participants need to give their best to grab honour, prestige and pride.

BIITM presents to you “Antima Ahawana” - the flagship invites the leadership event.
Objective of the Event
It is the ultimate challenge to select the one individual best suited to be the CEO. Antima Ahawana is a 2-day event with three rounds. Each round will test the strength of the contestant in the verticals of management: Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Strategy.
Participants must submit the following
- CV of the Candidate
- One Minute Video pitches answering the question “Why do you deserve the title of CEO?”
Rules of the Event:
- Not more than two participants per College/University
- Should be in formal dress code
The Event consists of Three Rounds:
Round -1: Unveil your brilliance
This is a knock session where the young minds would be provided with a contemporary issue related to the economy that significantly influences the decision making in the business world and they need to indulge in a healthy discussion on the same.
Duration: 10 minutes
Round- 2: Decode the issue
This is the second round of the event and here the shortlisted participants need to critically analysis and present (PPT) a Case. The Case Study would be provided soon after the completion of the Round 1.
Duration: 15 minutes presentation and 10 minutes of questions from the judges.
Round – 3: Face the battle
This is the final round of the event where the shortlisted students would face a panel of experts both from corporate and academia. The students would be asked number of situational and stress questions in order to prove their mettle for the title.
